DINASAW MSA Sharpener
With the Dinasaw MSA bandsaw sharpeners, you can improve the cutting efficiency of your saw by optimising the point angle. Better tooth penetration and chip evacuation mean that the saw blades cut faster and more accurately and stay sharp for longer. Improving tooth geometry increases cutting speed and accuracy while reducing frictional heat and sawdust build-up.
Normal sharpeners can only sharpen perpendicular to the saw blade - the patented Dinasaw MSA sharpeners can also sharpen at a positive 10 degree angle across the tips of the set teeth to improve cutting and sawdust extraction.
The set of the saw does most of the work, and angling its cutting surface produces larger chips that are directed towards the centre so that they are better retained in the feed area.
Normal, straight-set teeth produce smaller chips that are pushed straight down and fall next to the saw blade, causing friction that heats and deforms the saw blade.

The fully automatic machine is just that. Automatic. Controlled by state-of-the-art electronics, this machine can monitor how many times the belt has travelled around the machine and switches off automatically at a certain point. Thanks to the software-controlled soft start, the machine can be loaded with ABN or CBN grinding discs without excessive power consumption.
